Capital Formation

We optimize our capital stack for robust efficiency by preparing detailed investment proposals, which include extensive market and feasibility analysis, financial proformas and projections, fund structuring, an overview of our deal team and a roster of our specialized advisors.

Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA)

Working collaboratively with our industry-leading team of designers, architects, operational experts and construction managers, our conceptual designs are formalized into a set of architectural plans, which are optimized for the manufacturing and assembly process.

Our ruthless attention to detail during this planning phase results in less construction waste, greater cost-efficiencies and faster project completion times, ultimately delivering high-quality homes more quickly and affordably.

ModLab Activation

Using high-resolution virtual reality and building information modeling (BIM) software, the architectural plans are converted into a set of production drawings by our manufacturing partner, ModLab Inc.

ModLab specializes in the off-site construction of prefabricated components and modules. In their state-of-the-art facilities, ModLab produces building elements under controlled conditions, ensuring precision and consistency. These prefabricated components are then transported to the construction site, ready for assembly. This method not only speeds up construction but also minimizes disruptions to the local community.

Site Preparation and Construction

Executed contemporaneously with ModLab's operations, our site team completes all site preparations, including the demolition and clearing of existing structures, excavation and laying of building foundations, and the installation of all necessary utilities connections.

Our team's ruthless attention to detail ensures a seamless assembly process, significantly reducing the development timeline of our projects.

Transportation, Assembly and Installation

With production completed, we move to the installation phase. This involves the assembly of prefabricated components and modules manufactured by ModLab Inc. Our site installation process includes:

(1) Module Transportation - Efficiently transporting prefabricated modules to the construction site.

(2) On-Site Assembly - Assembling the modules quickly and accurately, reducing on-site construction time and costs.

(3) Quality Assurance - Ensuring that every component meets our stringent quality standards.

Project Finalizing and Wrap-Up

Once installation is complete, our team focuses on finalizing and wrapping up the project. This includes thorough site inspections, obtaining necessary certifications, and ensuring that all finishing touches are perfect. Our team works diligently to deliver a finished product that exceeds expectations.

Sales + Leasing Program

Whether our projects are listed for sale or for lease, our marketing programs are designed to attract potential buyers and tenants efficiently.
